The Minecraft Mob 2023 offered users to choose among the three new mobs for the next game version, 1.21: the crab, armadillo, and penguin. It is already known that the winner is the armadillo, but the release is still a long way off, whereas players would already like to test such cute creatures. However, modders have been able to be a step ahead, and that's it — the three new beautiful animals have become available thanks to the add-on under consideration.

The penguins, as befits these inhabitants of the cold north, live in the winter biomes and cold ocean. The armadillos are natural inhabitants of the savannas that can blend with the withered grass and the ground yellow from the scorching sun. As for the crabs, you will be able to find them on sandy beaches near the warm ocean.

As a matter of fact, though, the mobs added by the mod do not live anywhere, and it will not be possible to find them in the natural environment. They are practically just experimental models created for you to be able to visually evaluate future content. They do not move, do not have animations, and do not interact either with the character or the game world in any way. However, you will be able to look at them from different angles and take cool screenshots. But who knows, perhaps the modders will eventually add unique mechanics to the new animals promised by Mojang itself.
