Hanew Village

It is a mod that adds a new small dimension, the Little Dragons' Village, to the game. There, you will find a new biome, new friends, and a new mighty boss, plaguing the peaceful life of the little hanew.

Protect them from the enemy, become a hero among the dragons, and travel trading and riding baby dragons!

Portal

To create the portal, you need to create the flower block in the crafting table. Its recipe is very simple even at the initial stage: you will need any six flowers and three planks of any kind.

From flower block and other elements, you will also need to craft a special parchment to activate the portal.

Then everything is simple. Install the portal frame made of the flower blocks on the ground, as in the case of the Nether portal, and click the RMB on it with the parchment in your hands. The portal is ready, and you can go to the new dimension.

New Dimension

After you enter the portal, you will see the loading screen and then receive an achievement called 'Welcome to the Endless Forest'.

The dimension itself consists of a single biome, similar to the vanilla dark forest. You will find fertile land, vanilla animals, rivers, and new unique flora and fauna there.  There is also a change of day and night, seasonal rains, and the possibility of sleeping on a bed, but the cheats do not work at all. So if you are used to resort to them for changing the weather or fast movements, alas, that will not be possible.

Saplings and blocks can be obtained from an old tree growing on the biome's territory. From the blocks of this wood, you can craft all the usual options, planks, doors, fences, and gates.

A very interesting and beautiful star flower grows in the dragon valley. It glows in the dark, giving enough illumination so that you are not disturbed by hostile mobs, grows quickly, and has seeds with which you can plant it in any convenient place.

The star flower is not only a decorative plant but also edible berries. By collecting it with a hoe or by hand, you can occasionally get raw starberries. If you put one raw starberry and four cobblestones, you will get the starberry.

You will be able to cook three new dishes from the starberries and other vanilla items: the starberry cake, starberry cupcake, and starberry cookies.

The starberry cake is similar to the vanilla cake in terms of characteristics and satiety.

The starberry pancake replenishes six hunger one-and-a-half satiation points.

The starberry cookies fill three hunger and zero point five saturation points.

Items

Diarybook. It can be rarely found in chests in a dragon village. In it, a traveler tells about how he got into the new dimension and met his first hanew.

Starberry Decoration Pot. It is a decorative item that can be crafted or found in a village.

Music Discs. The mod adds two new unique records with the sounds of dragons. They can be found in chests in a village.

Scarecrow. It is a decorative block that can be crafted or found in a village.

Small Shop Counter. It is a block that summons your hanew. You can find it in a village shop.

Village

The dragon villages generate quite often. All of them are small and typical. They consist of several residential houses and a large library. You will also sometimes see a shop or potion maker's house there. In some villages, you can find small vegetable gardens with the star flowers.

One or more hanews can be randomly generated in one village.

Mobs

Hanew. They are little dragons that come in different colors: yellow, pink, brown, and blue of soft pastel shades. The creature is cute and friendly. This creature is cute and friendly.

When you click the RMB on a hanew, a small menu with three ways of interaction will open. You will be able to trade with it for the local currency, talk to it (you will not see the dialogue, though, but just get 'The Chatty One' achievement), or even ask the dragon to take you for a ride around the neighborhood.

Birds. They are peaceful mobs that are the companions of hanew. The friendship between them is very strong, but they also serve as scarecrows. When killed, they drop feathers, but it is better to get feathers in any other way.

Despite the apparent peacefulness of this dimension, there is still one enemy there. Traveling across it, you may come across a mysterious obelisk. If you click on it, a terrible thing will happen — the ancient dragon will appear.

This dragon is really huge, especially compared with cute hanew, and threatens not only you but also the village inhabitants. Your task is to protect them from the enemy. But be careful — it is a strong enough mob, which has 250 health points and the ability to damage not only directly but also with fire.

The defeated dragon drops a certain amount of local coins, gold nuggets, and amethyst shards. Besides, after winning, you get a permanent achievement called 'Everyone's Hero', which allows you to get discounts when trading.
