A great mod by Ubnormal, which adds three new biomes to Minecraft, as well as a certain amount of new content related to this biome.

Large swamps

Abnormally tall grass is the main feature of the biome. You have to make it through swamps buried in tall grass up to the top of your head, behind which you can see neither mobs nor water.

In addition, you’ll come across one new plant – carnation among the grass. Collect it in advance if you plan to get one very unusual pet in the future.

You’ll find as many as two new mobs in this biome a duck and a strange creature called Slatefish. If a duck is generally clear – it’s the same chicken, but a duck, then the fish is worth taking a closer look.

Slatefish is a creature that lives in swamps and can move both underwater and ashore. The Slatefish looks like a square fish on thin legs, however, can move quickly. The Slatefish feeds on cloves and can be bred with it. You can tame and breed it if you want, and then your faithful Slatefish will follow you and carry a bag with part of your inventory.

Besides, in the swamp biome, you can find huge water lilies, which you can use not only to move quickly above the water, but also to jump very high.

Cherry Garden

Cherry Garden differs from vanilla version 1.20 in a better way. First, when in the garden the player get the Calmness effect for the entire period of stay.

Second, the cherries themselves favorably differ from those offered by the Minecraft developers with their pleasant red texture of a noble tree (instead of something pink). In addition, cherry trees are also potential food, because sometimes they drop cherry berries, which you can eat or use to make a pie.

Also in the gardens you’ll find a new mob – a Koi carp. It’s also beautiful and delicious, and if you have farming mods installed, it also can be used to make sushi.

Wistaria Fields

It’s probably the most beautiful biome of all three. Fantastic flowers, huge fluffy wisteria… Good shaders can make it even better, but these biomes are incredibly good even in the natural generation.

In addition to a large number of new plants, the biome is also home to two new mobs – Deer and Yaks. They are peaceful and edible if you feel like hunting by chance. Besides, there’s a rare chance deer can drop their horns and yaks – their wool.

Small useful items and blocks

The mod adds one new armor, which you can get from Skeletons. This isn’t really armor, but rather artifact clothing, and each of its parts gives bonuses and effects. Thus, the thief’s hood adds +1 to the Stelth mode, the wanderer’s Boots give +20 to the speed, and the Architect’s belt adds +1 block of distance when you build.

The mod also allows you to create boats with chests in the earlier game versions, if you happen to like this feature.

You can use Yak wool to craft an interesting carpet for your home.

And cattail and straw will now become full-fledged building blocks – you can use them to make both a full block, and a half block, and steps.

Mud will now become a little more functional. Now, you can use it to make mud bricks, carved mud bricks, and a cool statue of a Slatefish to decorate your base.
