Ostrich

When traveling in the desert, you’ll find a real ostrich ! It’ll be the biggest bird in your Minecraft world. It has rather long legs, allowing it to run very fast. It features a limited health reserve and can’t boast of any ability to fight back. The ostrich is neutral towards the player, but if you damage it, it’ll run away. Ostriches spawn one by one on the outskirts of deserts. By killing an ostrich, you can get its meat and experience points. You can eat and fry the meat. The ostrich meat is quite nutritious and similar to pork. The animal is very beautiful!

Cheetah

Cheetah is the fastest animal in your world. It has an average amount of health points and a significant attack power. It belongs to the feline family, so it will be friendly towards ocelots. The cheetah hunts other mobs. It’s neutral towards the player. However, if you damage it, it’ll attack you. You can easily find it far in the desert and savannah. The animal is average in size. It also has dark spots on the sandy-color fur. Quite an interesting mob that will diversify your journey.

By killing a cheetah, you’ll get its skin. You can use it to make a helmet. Its characteristics are equal to an ordinary leather one.

You can also craft a wild axe. However, its craft is rather expensive due to diamonds, although its characteristics are inferior to the diamond axe.

Antelope

Antelope – a beautiful animal that you can find in savannah and desert. It has a flexible body and beautiful legs. It’s neutral towards to the player. Cheetahs often hunt them. By killing an antelope, you’ll get its meat and experience points. The meat of the antelope has a high saturation on a par with pork. The antelope has few health points and high speed characteristics. Can’t deal damage to enemies. Antelopes often spawn by 2–4 animals. After seeing antelopes, you may also find a cheetah.

Fennec

Fennec – a small fox with big ears. You can often see it in savannah and desert. When the player approaches, it’ll immediately run away. It’s tiny. But they are very fast. Their health is incredibly low. They can’t fight back. By killing a fennec, you’ll only get a few experience points. There is no special point in killing fennecs. They look very nice and cute.
