The mod adds new bosses to Minecraft, which strongly expands the combat opportunities of the game and complements it with some RPG elements. Beyond that, you can get unique items from each mob.
Skelenado. 300 HPs, can fly, summons small flying skeletons with a usual health level. Drops a certain number of bones and the skeleton’s heart.
Badlands Colossal. 240 HPs, quite powerful. Can push an enemy away, forms small but very unpleasant lave puddles around itself. Drops white ceramics, red sandstone, and the «Desert Soul» amulet.
Vengeful Trader. 255 HPs, flies fast, spawns armored and armed zombie helpers around itself, can become invisible for a while. Drops ectoplasm.
Soul Reaper. 260 HPs, huge, powerful, throws soul fire over quite a long distance. Drops bones, Soul Sand, and Soul Eye.
Forest Guardian. 260 HPs. A rather uncommon and relatively safe mob compared to the others. Strong strikes, similar to the vanilla golem-style, but the main attack is amazing – trees grow in the place where it struck. Evaporates when in a critical condition, replaced by its head. It has very few HPs, but neither a sword nor an axe can beat the head, so you’ll have to use your imagination to finish the fight. At the same time, you won’t have much time – only about 5-7 seconds – and after that, the Forest Guardian will turn back into its full-fledged version with its health level refueled.
Crypt Mummy. A rather creepy mob with a creepy voice. Strong, has 270 HPs, the main feature – drops tons of sand on the enemy’s head when fighting. Ironically, the mummy itself gets stuck in it, taking the same damage as the player, and finally killing itself. Drops a piece of gold.
Netherrack Heart. You can literally hear someone’s heart beating when it’s around. It doesn’t look very dangerous, but it has 270 HPs and is quite promising in terms of attacks – it summons red blood cells, which decently damage the player and have their own health hitboxes. Drops the Netherrack and Netherrack vein.
End Stone Sentinel. Looks like a walking spider-type cannon. 330 HPs, very interesting attacks – instead of fighting in a normal way, it just jumps atop of you and keeps sitting, which makes it twice as easy to damage it. Drops the All Seeing Eye.
Ruin. It’s not actually a mob, but rather a natural phenomenon. A very dangerous natural phenomenon. 300 HPs and a lot of stones to attack you with. Summons lightnings from time to time and sets everything around on fire, can jump up and create a small blast wave. In general, it’s quite static and can be easily destroyed with a good bow or crossbow from a long distance. Drops a stone tablet, stones, and experience. But there may be a problem with loot – in most cases, constant fires around just burn all the loot down before you can pick it up.
Hell Hound. 255 HPs, the model texture isn’t especially pleasant, and it’s a rather harmless mob, whose attacks are similar to the canine ones. Imposes the «Blindness» effect from time to time. Among interesting things – it literally whines when you beat it, which makes the process quite a knacker-style. Drops bones and hell fur.
Golden Ring. 300 HPs and a useless mob in terms of attacks. The ring doesn’t do anything by itself, just flies and sometimes spits out moving golden armors, which are empty inside. Drops a lot of gold ingots and the Golden Eye; plus the moving armor drops golden armor.
Ancient Remnant. 450 HPs, it can push away and toss the player and other mobs, but not critically far, as well as sometimes summons low-level assistants. Gives a lot of drop – this includes both ancient scrap, and ancient shards, and a golden block, and a new item – gilded ancient scrap.
In total, the mod adds over 20 different and interesting mobs – bosses; each of them has its specific and useful loot for the player to pick up.
You can use the new drop you get from the mobs to craft various items. In general, these include weapons and tools, which are quite strong and useful, but maintain a pleasant vanilla balance. The most powerful weapon – the Netherite Hammer – gives +15 damage.
Also, you can use the new loot to craft a bit of new food, which can actually be considered quite unbalancing, because it literally gives the player immortality and instant regeneration from any damage, plus simultaneously imposes a lot of useful effects for 4-5 minutes. Indeed, you won’t be able to stock this food, because you need really rare items from creepy and dangerous bosses to craft it.
