Assorted Tools

It is a large-scale mod that significantly increases the number of tools, armor, weapons, and various items in Minecraft.

Hammers. The mod adds seven hammer types that differ in terms of the material they are made. The range is standard — beginning with wood and ending with netherite. The hammers are quite easy to craft: you will need five blocks, ingots, or stones, when it comes to the diamonds, and several sticks.

The hammers will suit those tired of loot-clogged inventory. All because they break any blocks without leaving anything. And that means that going to a mine, you will be able to clear your way without having to worry about what to do with endless stacks of unnecessary stone.

Multitool. It is a truly versatile device that substitutes all other vanilla Minecraft tools. So it will deprive you of the necessity to keep a pickaxe, shovel, hoe, and axe in your inventory, as it performs the functions of all of them. By the way, you can create paths with it — just click the RMB on a dirt block. Further, to plow the beds, click the RBM on the new path. The multitool can be crafted from the ordinary blocks and vanilla tools of the desired materials.

Spears. They are throwing weapons for those who find it boring to endlessly craft arrows. The spears are similar to tridents in terms of functionality but, unlike them, can be crafted — and quite easily.

The spears can also be any — wooden, netherite, etc. The more valuable its material is, the more damage the weapon does. Thus, wooden and golden spears inflict 3, iron 5, diamond 6, and netherite 7 damage points.

Magic Wands. They come in three types: iron, gold, and diamond. The wands can be either ordinary (crafted from any wood and some ingot) or enhanced, made of the obsidian. They are activated using the Z key.

After activation, the golden wand can copy and build blocks within a given perimeter. Just click the RMB on the desired block and then on the place where you want to duplicate it. The wand will automatically fill the empty space in the selected area.

In contrast, the iron wand destroys blocks. It will be enough to specify the perimeter by clicking the RMB on the desired areas, and everything within will be demolished in an instant.

The diamond wand does the same thing as the iron one but allows the loot to be dropped. You will not have to dig mines anymore: just select the area and collect all the loot, including ores and stones.

Pokeball. It is just a pokeball. To activate it, it will be enough just to click RMB on any friendly mob. The pokeball will fly out of your hands, capture it, and return to your inventory. To release the mob, click the PCM on the desired place, the pokeball will open, and the mob will come out.

Note! That works only with friendly and medium-sized mobs, so you will not be able to capture, say, a horse.

The mod also adds a cute chicken suit, comparable to the vanilla leather armor in terms of characteristics. It is crafted like the latter but from feathers.

Buckets. The mod features several types of buckets, which are better compared to the vanilla ones. The bucket can now be crafted from wood, stone, gold, diamonds, or netherite according to the standard recipe. The better the bucket, the more liquid it can hold. Thus, the netherite bucket holds about ten liters of milk.

Shears. Their characteristics are dependent on the material. They are used for shearing sheep, as in the vanilla version.

Boomerangs. The mod adds two types of boomerangs: ordinary and diamond. The former is crafted extremely simply — it is enough to place any five planks in the crafting table using the C button. The diamond boomerang requires the ordinary boomerang and diamonds to place around it.

In fact, it is useless as a weapon because it causes minimal damage. It is rather just an interesting feature for entertainment or various quests.

Besides the described tools and weapons, the mod adds 17 new types of armor and tools craftable from various ores. However, it does not add these ores themselves, so to get them all in survival mode, you need to install an extra mod called Assorted Core.
