Whisperwoods

It is an incredibly beautiful fantasy mod that adds nightmare creatures. The wisps, moths, Hirschgeist, and stylish horned mask — these are only some of the features of this spooky forest. The horror holds sway only at night, in the darkest corners of it.

Mobs

The mod brings five new mobs to the game.

The moths are small mobs, which are completely harmless and useless and can gracefully fly at the light of your lantern.

The Hidebehind is a huge supernatural mob with amazing abilities. It appears at night or in the dark, can become invisible, and will play hide-and-seek with the player. It hits hard but cannot boast many health points, which makes it quite a weak opponent.

The Zotzpyre is a bat hiding in the darkness of caves. It does not have much health but can fly, so you should be careful with it.

The Hirschgeist is a huge bone deer with small flames on its horns. It is a boss with 150 health points, odd attacks, and a hitbox that makes the normal fight impossible, as it does not allow you to strike back. However, you can get a stylish mask from this deer — provided, of course, it does not kill you first.

The wisps are not scary at all but very tricky. They do not have many health points — just a couple of hearts — but fly in flocks and attack simultaneously. After death, they drop the ghost light, which will be useful for you to craft new lanterns.

Items

The mod is not particularly contentful in terms of items, as there are just three of them. The Hirschgeist Scull is dropped by the deer and can be put on the player. Several cool lanterns of different colors can crafted from the ghost lights. In turn, from the vanilla blocks, you will be able to make the Hand of Fate, which is a large stand for the ghost fire.
