It is a small mod that slightly complicates vanilla survival in Minecraft. It does not add new blocks or food but slightly changes the in-game nutrition mechanics.

The saturation recovery rate will now depend not only on what you eat but also on how many foodstuffs you consume. Thus, if you eat only one foodstuff for a long time, its saturation value will drop down to the minimum. Therefore, you will have to discover new recipes, experiment with your diet, and try to keep a balance between your favorite dishes.

Otherwise, you can always find yourself in a situation where even golden carrots or apples no longer make sense and do not help restore your hunger and saturation.

The mod also adds three new items. The first is the food journal. You will have to craft it yourself and use it to control the nutrition process.

The mod also adds the lunchbag and lunchbox. They differ in the number of slots: the bag has three, and the box has six. These are highly useful items because they allow you to save your inventory space, given that you will have to eat a lot of diverse foodstuffs. Unfortunately, it is impossible to use the boxes as backpacks, as you can only put food in them.
