Secret doors!  Doors that look like other blocks and therefore aren't immediately apparent! 

So far we have a secret door and trapdoor for:

- all vanilla planks

- all vanilla logs, if placed vertically

- stone, cobblestone, stone bricks, deepslate & variations (cobbled, polished, tiles, bricks)

- netherrack, nether brick

- andesite, diorite, and granite, including polished versions

- blackstone & polished blackstone

- polished basalt
