Indeed, a bottle with the Regeneration, Strength, Fire Resistance, and other effects rolled into one would look cool, right? However, the vanilla game version does not allow us to make such options. You can only brew the strength potion, the fire resistance potion, etc., separately. But you do not have to follow these restrictions! Just install a mod called Potion Blender, which will diversify the effects and allow them to be combined. This small add-on will dramatically change the potion brewing mechanics, diversify the gameplay, and give vivid emotions to any Minecraft player.

The main task of the Potion Blender mod is to allow players to combine several potion effects into one item that could be used quite legitimately. The new mechanics are quite simple and complement the vanilla approach rather than change it. Review of the Potion Blender Mod

It will be very simple to brew the new potions in Minecraft, but you will need to remember the mechanics of interacting with the new item. We have described everything step by step to make it clear to you how to act.

1. Use the cauldron. You will need to craft a new cauldron since all the activities related to mixing potions in Minecraft will be possible only in it. It is the only item added by the Potion Blender mod and is crafted as follows.

2. Once you install the cauldron, you need to throw the potions you want to mix into it. To do that, stand over it and press the Q button while holding the potion in your hands. It will fall inside, and the entire liquid will acquire a new color.

3. Throw all the potions you need to blend. The designer claims that it is possible to combine three effects, except for splash and lingering. However, in the end, you will be able to make such a mixture.

4. Finally, you will need to choose what your potion will be. If you want to brew a drinkable potion, it will be enough to add a Nether wart there. If you need a splash potion, throw the gunpowder into the boiler. As for a lingering potion, to make it, you will need to add the dragon's breath there.

After that, the potion will appear above the cauldron, and you will be able to use it. After drinking or throwing, all effects will work according to their characteristics. Such a convenient system will thus allow you not only to brew a cool potion but also to save slots in the character's inventory. Indeed, each potion occupies a separate cell, and you often have to deliberately keep them free.

Note! You can cancel the potion brewing process. Even if you have already thrown all the bottles into the cauldron, just click on it with the RMB, and all of them will be on the ground, from where you will be able to pick them up.

Another point of interest is that the Potion Blender mod allows you to create unique tipped arrows that will feature the same effects as the regular potions. To do that, you will need to place eight arrows in the crafting table with a bottle in the middle. The latter will determine the effect. The recipe is shown in the screenshot below. As a result, you will eventually be able to craft arrows that will inflict increased damage on mobs, killing them much faster. This is not only effective but also simply convenient.

The Potion Blender mod can thus boast interesting mechanics, thanks to which anyone will be able to brew cool potions in the vanilla game version without spoiling the balance of Minecraft in any way. It will allow you to save inventory space, use the same ingredients as before, and blend the potions into a single liquid. Such an approach will be positively received on any server that allows players to make potions. Moreover, the mod works not only with the vanilla game version but also with other add-ons related to potion brewing.

In the Potion Blender mod's config file, you will be able to specify how many potions the player can throw into the cauldron at the same time. As we have already noted, the default number is three, but if you wish, you can increase it. However, you should keep in mind that changing the parameters may cause errors in the already-generated Minecraft world, so it is recommended to generate a new one.
