Elixirs

It is a mod that adds an elixir system to Minecraft. The elixirs come in twelve varieties and are more affordable and easy-to-make analogs of the vanilla potions. To enjoy various beneficial effects, you will now no longer have to rush to the Nether and farm blazes but just need to wander around the game world and collect flowers.

Items

Before starting to make the elixirs, you will need to craft two important items.

The first item is the flask to pour an elixir. It is crafted quite simply: from two glass panes and a wooden button. You will be able to make two flasks at once.

The second item is the mortar. It will allow you to turn flowers into powder for an elixir. It is created from three wooden slabs and a stick.

Making an Elixir

After you have both items in your inventory, you can go stock up on flowers. You will need lilacs, poppies, orange and pink tulips, blue orchids, alliums, dandelions, and chamomiles in quite large quantities. You should keep in mind that a particular elixir is made from one flower species. The exception is the antitoxin, which consists of two types of mixtures.

Then, combine four flowers and the mortar on the crafting table and get the mixture you need.

After that, combine four mixtures with the flask and get a ready-made elixir.

Elixirs

The elixir of healing is made from a mixture of poppy seeds and gives an instant one-time healing effect.

The elixir of strength is made from a mixture of pink tulip and imposes the Strength effect for two minutes.

The elixir of invisibility is made from a mixture of allium and gives the Invisibility effect for three minutes.

The elixir of speed is made from a mixture of dandelion and imposes the Speed effect for two minutes.

The elixir of slow fall is made from a mixture of chamomile and gives the Slow Falling effect for fourteen seconds.

The elixir of underwater breath is made from a mixture of blue orchid and imposes the Water Breathing effect for two minutes.

The elixir of fire resistance is made from a mixture of orange tulip and gives the Fire Resistance effect for two minutes.

The elixir of luck is made from a mixture of lilac and imposes the Luck effect for two minutes.

The antitoxin is made from two mixtures of poppy and two mixtures of pink tulip. It removes all the imposed negative effects and thus serves as a more convenient alternative to the vanilla milk.

Unlike the vanilla potions, the elixirs in flasks can be stacked, but not more than six items at once. Their effects last slightly less than those of the vanilla potions.
