A large farming mod that adds a huge number of new fruits, berries, and vegetables to the vanilla world of Minecraft. From now on, your farming can become a really large-scale, and cooking will turn into an interesting creative process from a routine.

Kitchen

The mod has its own built-in «kitchen» like Farmer’s Delight, but it features more advanced features. And unlike Farmer’s Delight, , items from the kitchen can’t be displayed as a functional decor in the world. You can repeatedly use all the dishware, which has no durability limit and won’t break when cooking.

You will need the Saucepan for cooking most dishes. In fact, the process of using the saucepan (as well as other dishware from the mod) is very simple: you need to place it together with the necessary products on the workbench, where everything is cooked.

You’ll need the Wring to craft such complex products as cheese and butter.

You’ll need the Pan to fry dishes with medium saturation.

The mortar and pestle will come in handy to mill spices and herbs.

Recipe book

There’s its own recipe book inside the mod for those who don’t want to install the JEI extension. The recipe book describes all the available recipes, as well as all the food that you can grow in your vegetable garden.

Trees

The mod adds full-fledged fruit trees to the game. They aren’t all fruit – avocados and nuts aren’t yet fruits. However, these are full-fledged trees where delicious and healthy ingredients for your future culinary masterpieces grow. You can eat all the fruits from these trees as independent dishes. You can get seedlings by combining two fruits and a seedling of any tree (usually it’s oak, since it’s the lowest of all) in a crafting grid. The mod’s interesting feature is that fruit trees have their own generation radius just like other plants from the mod. Thus, you can find dates, dragon fruits, and mangos only in jungles and other warm biomes. Nuts grow in dense biomes of the Dark Oak. And you can find numerous apricots, apples, and peaches on the plains.

There are a lot of trees, they are diverse and useful, and the most important thing – delicious, so feel free to harvest fruits and make your own garden, so as not to rush all over the map looking for dates or walnuts when you suddenly need them.

You can’t take a fruit tree for any other tree – the fruits among the foliage are visible to the naked eye. You don’t have to break the tree to get them – just hit the fruit with an empty hand, and it will pop out to your inventory. For both yours and the trees’ convenience, you’d better plant trees at 5 blocks from each other.

Plants

There are more than 80 plant species in the game, and you can find, grow, and eat each of them. Or use to make a cool super-satisfying dish. There’s no need to break grass or run after Farmers to search for them – they won’t have the seeds you need anyway. All the player has to do is travel, because plants grow literally under his feet – just collect and plant them. But, as in the case of trees, most plants are closely linked to biomes. For example, you can find artichokes in swamps only; currants and cranberries grow there, too. And rice abundantly grows in jungle along with pineapple and other exotics. Although, of course, most plants don’t care about biomes.

Usually, you plant and grow all the plants in exactly the same way. Unfortunately, the authors of the mod didn’t think of a more detailed texture for various bushes, so often the vegetable garden has to be literally signed with different plates to find the regular cabbage among its five species.

But there are several plants with different mechanics. Thus, for example, you shouldn’t completely break corn and tea when harvesting; as in the case of trees, it’s enough to hit the top of the plant. And cinnamon is a tree that requires several stages of pre-processed before use.

Recipe

There are really a lot of recipes in the mod – you can find at least a couple of them for each product. There are even 12 types of drinks, and fortunately, you won’t have to build any complex technological devices to make them.

Sandwiches, desserts, cocktails, jars of jam… You can get everything you haven’t even had time to think about yet. But keep in mind that the best food in terms of characteristics is usually the most difficult to cook. For example, the Supreme pizza, which gives instant regeneration from almost zero to a full set of hearts, is made of as many as six ingredients, and three of them consist of ingredients themselves (you’ll need four crafting stages to get cheese alone).
