The Creeper Fear mod review

This mod is simple but extremely important for the game. The Creeper Fear add-on introduces new mechanics to the game. So, if a creeper appears in a particular area, all other mobs will simply run away in any direction. It applies not only to mobs, but also to animals, even if you’ve added them from other add-ons. These mechanics will allow you to see only creepers on the map. So, if you happen to notice that all the animals and mobs are starting to run away at night, most likely, there’s a creeper wandering somewhere nearby and approaching you. Additionally, you can install the Advanced Compass, which allows to display all the mobs in front of you on a small plate on the top.

The developer has updated his product, and now creepers don’t run away from each other in the Creeper Fear mod, although this error used to be common before. These mechanics allow you to craft full-fledged farms, and it isn’t necessary to install semi-blocks and other elements to prevent third-party mobs, such as zombies, skeletons, and spiders, from spawning. They’ll automatically scatter when they see creepers, and if you build a few levels on large platforms at the same time, then you won’t need to cover the territory with these elements at all. As a result, you save time, nerves, and get exactly the same result as with a full-fledged farm building.

The Creeper Fear mod functions are limited on this only purpose, and it doesn’t add any other options. It’s more of a small tweak that changes the creepers’ behavior in the game of Minecraft. So, if you like this functionality, download the add-on and use all its options. It is already available for Minecraft 1.20.1, works correctly, doesn’t load your PC, and copes with any number of mobs in the game. From now on, you can get more gunpowder in the vanilla game version, without resorting to cheats and other tricks. Just keep in mind that the danger may grow: there can be a dozen creepers in one chunk, and all of them will move towards the character.
