The XL Food mod adds a lot of different hearty and delicious foods for further use.

Rock salt

Rock salt is another ore that can be found in caves. You can use it for cooking new foods. The white shade of the ore is its distinctive feature.

New flora

There are 2 more blocks you can find on the ground. These are vanilla flowers and slightly modified grass.

New seeds

There are seven new types of seeds. These are corn, strawberry, tomato, pepper, lettuce, rice, and cucumber seeds. They are needed for growing cultivated plants and further use in cooking.

New cakes

The mod also adds sweets. Chocolate Cake is crafted from three buckets of milk, three units of wheat, sugar, and chocolate syrup.

Oreo Cake uses Oreo cookies instead of chocolate syrup.

There is also Cheese Cake, Nether Cake, Strawberry Cake, and Pumpkin Cake. They all look great and taste good.

Some new junk food

The mod introduces chips. There are normal, salty, and spicy chips. Normal chips are crafted from cooked dough and salt. There are also onion rings, which are made from onions cooked in the oven, as well as cheese balls.

A sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. It is an incredibly filling food, which is easy to craft. You only need cooked dough, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce. It adds seven units of saturation.

There are different types of burgers. These are a chicken burger, a cheeseburger, and a hamburger. All fast foods are incredibly filling and are crafted from the top and bottom of a burger, as well as certain vegetables, meat, cheese, and sauce.

There is a hot dog, different types of sandwiches, kebabs, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and a bucket of fried chicken.

Do not forget about healthy food

The mod adds ten different salads and soups. There is a garden salad, onion salad, vegetable soup, chicken soup, and other types.

Special sweets

There are also three types of ice cream: chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. They are crafted from a scoop of ice cream and an ice cream cone.

Sweets include a chocolate donut, vanilla donut, sugar donut, strawberry muffin, chocolate muffin, vanilla muffin, and Oreo muffin.

What about drinks?

The mod adds different types of energy drinks: a healthy energy drink, hidden energy drink, speedy energy drink, strong energy drink, deadly energy drink, and special energy drink. Each of them has certain effects. There is also beer, coffee, and cappuccino.

And the most delicious food is pies

There are eight types of pies: strawberry pie, fish pie, chocolate pie, apple pie, and others. They add as much saturation as a regular pie.
