Utility Worlds: Unusual Dimensions With Portals

Are you ready to see something unusual, odd, and very interesting? Then we suggest you consider using a mod called Utility Worlds for Minecraft, which adds three portals that allow you to move to the new dimensions. They are not as vast as we would like, though…

Worlds Added by the Mod

The mod adds three new worlds to the game, which you can visit using the portals. Each portal is created from certain blocks according to a unique scheme. The recent version of the add-on features the following portals:

• Mining Portal;
• Void Portal;
• Garden Portal.

So that you have a clear idea of where you will get to after the teleportation, we have touched upon them all.

Using the Portals

If you decide to teleport to one of the three worlds, you will need to erect the necessary portal (we have provided screenshots with all the necessary recipes in the description of each world), then click on it, and you will find yourself in another dimension.

To return back, you will need to click on a return portal that appears automatically after the creation of a world.

Mining World

You can get to this world with the help of the Mining Portal of a blue shade. It is created as follows.

World's Features:

· Completely flat surface without caves, lava, and water;

· Flat bedrock of several layers;

· Significant depth if you decide to dig down;

· Ore generation and mob spawns, so it is not particularly difficult to survive there;

· The eternal noon without weather changes.

Void World

You can get to this dimension using the Void Portal of red color. The recipe is as follows.

World's Features:

· A small size of 9x9 blocks, where slabs are used as a floor and a base;

· No starry sky, although everything is black around as if you are somewhere in the End;

· No structures, animals, plants, and any other traces of life;

· The eternal noon without weather changes.

This dimension is great for some server events, say, a variety of the skyblock mode or the creation of floating arenas. Every admin or map creator chooses how to apply this or that Minecraft world for themselves.

Garden World

To teleport to this world, the player will have to erect the Garden Portal of a green shade. It is created as follows.

World's Features:

· No animals, but some vegetation;

· Completely flat;

· No ore generation;

· Four layers of dirt and bedrock under you and no useful and valuable blocks.

These are all the worlds and portals currently featured by the Utility Worlds mod. As for how exactly to use the features of the add-on — this is entirely up to you. Some players can teleport to new worlds so that no one distracts them, while others can organize various events for users on a server. You can also build something there or make your own closed city or world.

All the portals can be created using the admin commands if you do not want or cannot erect them yourself. The only thing to keep in mind is that you should not break the return portals so that you can return back at any time.
