And if a player ends up in such a location, it is often impossible to get out without an axe or shears, because you have to break tree trunks or leaves. The vanilla version of the game does not allow you to pass through leaves, and almost any block, except lava or water, blocks the character’s movement through the game world. The Traversable Leaves modification changes the game’s mechanics and allows you to pass through leaves. You will be able to move through dense forests without experiencing serious problems. At the same time, the developer also added a separate configuration file that provides fine and flexible tuning, both for multiplayer servers and single-player mode. In standard survival, players often have to cover long distances, and some biomes are dense forests that span dozens of chunks, so it is not always possible to go around them. You have to make your way through trees, but this is a serious problem for players, because some leaves block the path, and accordingly you have to break them by hand or carry all the necessary tools with you. This really complicates movement and wastes your precious time. That is why you can change the standard mechanics of the game and try playing with this mod to pass through leaves in any biome. This add-on has many advantages:

· Fast movement. You will get through any forest biome faster without wasting extra time cutting leaves or trees;

· Fighting mobs. Various mobs often spawn in forests, and it is easier for players to fight them when leaves are not blocking movement, so this is another plus in favor of such a feature;

· Creating traps. If you use leaves as bait and then trap mobs or players inside these blocks, for example like cobwebs, you can get new types of traps that were not previously in the game;

· Configuration. In the configuration file, you can choose which trees allow passing through leaves and which do not, so any player can fine-tune the game exactly the way they find comfortable;

· Support for different trees. You can add not only lists of vanilla trees, but also vegetation from other mods if you have them installed in your modpack. Almost every large mod that adds new locations and biomes also introduces new types of trees.

While moving through the game world, you will now be able to get through areas with too much leaf cover blocking the path much faster. However, the Traversable Leaves modification still introduces certain changes: your speed is reduced when you try to pass through leaves, although the player can climb up them and continue their journey by jumping from one treetop to another. As a result, players can not only overcome obstacles in the form of leaves, but also climb them, especially in jungles, where vegetation is very dense and trees of different types are present.

Now exploring any biome will not be difficult even if you do not have any tools for cutting trees or leaves with you. This is a maximally simple but important mod for the game, offering serious functionality. This is a long-standing problem that many players face, yet most never even thought that it is possible to add a different mechanic to Minecraft and comfortably explore various biomes and locations. Even if a player uses auto-run, when they come into contact with the next block of leaves, they will automatically start climbing upward, after which they will find themselves on top and continue running across the treetops.

As a result, it can be said with full confidence: the Traversable Leaves modification is important for any modpack, both for the vanilla version of the game and for industrial ones, because players often have to interact with forest areas, harvest different types of wood, move between locations and biomes, and search for structures and dungeons. Install this add-on in your modpack and enjoy comfortable and pleasant gameplay to the maximum without unnecessary actions.
