If you have played single-player Minecraft on a flat world, you have probably noticed that when generating a new world, with a certain probability various mobs begin to appear, including slimes, which interfere with building and try to attack the player. And if you try to deal damage to them, according to their mechanics the mob splits into a larger amount of slime, and as a result even more creatures start jumping around the flat world, distracting you from the main process (building, testing certain game mechanics, creating redstone circuits). The Superflat World No Slimes modification adds a small innovation for all flat worlds generated in Minecraft. Slimes can no longer spawn there, and this is a serious change for all players who constantly interact with new worlds. You can calmly go about your business and simply enjoy the gameplay. Unfortunately, the vanilla version of the game does not have such an option, which is why you have to install third-party mods to remove unnecessary elements from the map. A flat world is one of the modes when generating a new world in Minecraft. You can select it in just a few steps and create it for almost any version of the game. It simplifies the process of creating any buildings and testing certain options, and is often chosen by players when studying blocks and items. However, it is definitely not suitable for survival, because there is only a flat platform and nothing else! For example, if a user is building a colorful house that does not require a specific landscape, they can safely use such map formats with all their advantages and options. The list of available crafts and items does not change depending on the selected world format.


· Creative freedom. You can build almost anything here. Mountains, oceans, underground structures, and large forests do not get in your way. Choose a spot for yourself and calmly build whatever you want;
· Minimal mobs. Creatures spawn much less frequently in a flat world, but here, as mentioned earlier, you can often see slimes, since by default they generate in open chunks;
· Flat surface. Suitable for creating pixel art, various mechanisms and devices, testing mob farms (some of them work specifically on a flat surface), and the absence of unnecessary blocks;
· No grass. Since in the vanilla world you often had to remove grass as well if you needed to place certain elements, this operation is no longer necessary on a flat map.

By installing the Superflat World No Slimes mod, you can forget about slimes that randomly appear in the game world. They simply will not exist, because their default generation will be disabled. A clear and simple mechanic for the player. Now you can calmly place any blocks, build structures, or test unique circuits in the game. Sounds good, right? Do not forget that villages of villagers can still generate in such worlds, so removing them by default is not possible. The biome is selected depending on the template. For example, for a classic flat world it will mostly be plains, while for a water world it will be a deep ocean, and many other options.


You will still be able to obtain items from Creative mode (this refers to “slime”) and create various mechanisms and ingredients from it, but the standard mechanic of slime generation and spawning will be disabled for flat worlds. To enable it again, you can simply remove the mod and re-enter an already generated map. In this case, mobs will appear with a certain probability and will again jump around the entire surface. Another option you can use is to obtain the maximum enchantment effect for a bow or sword, such as “Sharpness” or “Fire Aspect,” in order to kill the mob in one hit. It will split into smaller parts, but they can also be killed literally with a single hit or shot.

The flat world is used by many creators of maps, mechanisms, and spawn testing for servers, and is often needed specifically for testing purposes. If you want to build something colorful and have it fit into the overall landscape of a map, it is better to immediately generate a specific world with different biomes, and then try to transfer the build using third-party mods or use the same world seed in your project, adding the created spawn or structure at the same coordinates. In this case, you can transfer any builds into your world with maximum quality and get truly high-quality views.
