Signpost – a small but rather useful modification that adds signposts to the game. There are only 2 types of signposts – a simple signpost and a large signpost.

The simple signpost consists of two narrow signposts, and the large signpost has only one broad arrow. Both signposts are available in every vanilla wood. Besides, you can craft signposts of iron and stone as well. You have special tools to work with the signposts – a signpost key and a signpost shield (brush). It’s very easy to craft signposts, and you’ll need to use the above-mentioned tools to control them.

If you click the RMB on the signpost when holding the signpost key in your hand, you can rotate the arrows in different directions – you’ll get a detailed rotation in each of the 4 directions. If you click the RMB + SHIFT, the arrow will rotate 180 degrees.

And the last tool makes it possible to paint the signpost. To paint the signpost, click on the brush with the RMB and then take the block whose texture you want to transfer to the signpost.

You can cover the signpost with snow, grass, or vines, among other things. For this, you’ll need the corresponding resources.
