However, the appearance of the bottles can get boring over time, and players try to install new textures in the game, somehow change the shades of the bottles, or replace them with something else. The Potion Pizzas mod adds the ability to create a pizza onto which various effects can be applied. These are the same buffs you get from potion bottles. Only now they can be applied to a pizza. An interesting mechanic, isn’t it? The same effects you received in the vanilla version of the game will be used in the new product. It not only looks cool but also allows you to diversify your diet and the list of items in your inventory. Players can cook a pizza in the game, which allows you to imbue the entire dish with certain effects at once. Such types of food are convenient to take with you to get desired buffs at any moment while also restoring the character’s health. A convenient system, isn’t it? These products can be placed in the inventory when going on your next trip, for example to the Nether or the End. At the same time, the player chooses what exactly to add as effects. The modification supports all available potions from the vanilla version of Minecraft, and it is really cool when alternative options are available for players. All you need is to add the corresponding effect to the pizza and get the finished product.

The mod developers also added the ability to craft individual pizza slices, which can also have effects applied to them. To do this, it is enough to put gold, wheat, and a bottle with a prepared potion into the crafting grid. Then you use it as intended. The only downside for players is that you can apply such food only to your own character. For example, you will not be able to throw a negative effect at a mob or your enemy, as you could do with splash potions in the normal version of the game. But here you can simply use the standard Minecraft features by combining both options.

Important to know! If the player uses pizza slices, the effect is given only in the proportion of ¼. In this case, it lasts much less time and gives a smaller effect. If you want to receive all buffs in the game, you need to craft a full pizza to use all the features of the Potion Pizzas mod. And here you need to take your resources into account. An interesting mechanic, isn’t it? Such products can be created both at the start of survival and at any stage of its progression. The developer gave the pizza a unique texture, and the color of the slice and the whole pizza depends entirely on the effect. For example, some slices will have red markings, others green, and so on, so that you can at least somehow distinguish them from one another.

If you don’t understand which slice is in front of you, it is enough to hover the cursor over it and see the effect applied to this pizza. All variants share the same recipe: you only need to replace the potion used for this type of product. Now the player has more options for creating potions, and even if, for example, you do not have the ability to craft certain types of food or products, you can quickly make a pizza by adding various effects to it. A large selection of recipes, a unique mechanic for the character, and you can even try adding other mods that introduce new potion effects into Minecraft.

Potion Pizzas is a relatively new mod for the game, and updates for it are not released very often. It is added mainly for variety, so it is recommended only for those players who want to try something new. If you need to diversify your list of food, products, and agricultural items, then it is better to pay attention to Farmer’s Delight and similar mods, gaining access to a huge number of new plants, provisions, kitchen tools, and just as many additional add-ons that expand the game’s possibilities endlessly. Try playing with this mod and write which potion types you tried to transfer onto a pizza or individual slices, and what it gave you in the game: for example, whether it became easier to restore your character’s hunger and regenerate health, or something else?
