Review of the FeFe's Storage Mod

It is a simple mod for Minecraft that adds only one item type in the form of wooden crates. They are rectangular, have clear textures, and are eye-pleasing. Each crate has 54 slots, and all these cells can be used to store resources. However, you will not be able to stack items as in the standard Minecraft chests. Even so, these crates can be placed next to each other to save space in a room.

The new crates are perfectly attached to walls, trees, and blocks, so if you wish, you will be able to place them anywhere. Such mechanics provide broad opportunities for users, so if you would like to expand your treasures, you should use different storage means — chests, crates, and barrels — for different types of items. At the end of the day, one such crate gives the player double the volume of a chest. Isn't that cool?

To craft such a crate, you will need one chest and eight wood blocks. You will be able to create several variants of this block, which number is about the same as that of the in-game wood types — that is, birch, mangrove, oak, and a dozen other crates.
