Review Enchanting Commands (Fabric)

Quick Item Enchantment

Enchantment is an important gameplay element in Minecraft that affects each player in this virtual world. While at the start, you do not particularly need enchantments, after many hours of development, you still have to create new types of armor, weapons, and enhanced bows or pickaxes, and that is quite normal. However, the standard Minecraft mechanics has a level limitation. Thus, by default, you can enchant a pickaxe for "Unbreaking III" or "Efficiency V" only, and if you try to make it higher, the enchanting table simply does not give you any effects. But if you do not want to be limited in that way, you can install a mod called Enchanting Commands.

The Enchanting Commands add-on brings the possibility of applying enchantments on items without restrictions to Minecraft. Suppose you have "Efficiency V" but would like to try "Efficiency XX". An interesting option, isn't it? This mod allows you to create such variants both with vanilla enchantments and effects from other mods. That opens up huge opportunities for any player or admins since you can now strive for higher-level enchantments in the game. Such effects will always be in demand among users, so this innovation will have a positive impact on a server's economy!

The main idea behind Enchanting Commands is to add such functionality to Minecraft that would allow players to enchant items with console commands without using the enchanting table and simultaneously raise the maximum level to 128. Just imagine what a weapon of this level is capable of or how durable such an armor is! But even if you add the Enchanting Commands mod to a server, all players will be in the same conditions, so this add-on cannot be considered a cheat. It is not surprising that it is used not only in LAN mode but also on huge servers, so it can be safely called popular.

The Enchanting Commands add-on features unique functionality for players that implies using console commands. That is, you will not need an enchanting table, lapis lazuli, and experience — it still remains in the game but becomes irrelevant. It will be enough to type a particular command in the chat and quickly enchant an item, armor piece, or weapon to the maximum level. A minimum of actions is required from the player, although when you only start using Enchanting Commands, you can resort to a built-in assistant to quickly understand which commands to enter, what syntax to use, and so on.

In total, two commands are used here. Their meaning and proper usage in the chat are as follows:

· /ec list shows the overall list of enchantments available in the game. Each item separated by a comma indicates a particular effect.

· /ec enchant "enchantment name" "level". For example, you can type /ec enchant minecraft:power 127 and get Power 127. All other commands in the Enchanting Commands mod work in a similar fashion.

Do not forget that this add-on supports other mods that add new enchantment types to Minecraft. They will appear in the list displayed by the /ec list command, so even if you do not know what enchantment was added, you can use this command in the chat. By default, the function is available to all players — it will be enough just to install the mod to take advantage of it. Such an approach is simple and as user-friendly as possible, although, at first, you will have to comprehend what this or that command from the /ec list means.

There is another unique feature here: you can apply particular enchantments even on those items that did not support them in the vanilla game version. Thus, "Protection IV" could not be applied to a sword or bow, but there will be no restrictions after you install Enchanting Commands. That is not particularly right when it comes to game mechanics, but it is up to each player how to use the mod's capabilities and unlock the game's potential — especially given that the add-on's interface and syntax are quite simple.

That is all that can be said about the Enchanting Commands add-on. Any of you can now quickly apply enchantments in Minecraft even without experience, lapis lazuli, and the enchanting table. Such a fast process can be taken advantage of by players even at the start. But if you install the mod on a server, you should take into account that players will thus have special abilities from the very beginning, which will affect the virtual economy. Therefore, it is recommended that admins control some enchantments, adjust the settings, and be sure to take into account new enchantments added by custom mods.
