So what should we do if we need to obtain many name tags at once in the game? For this purpose, it would be useful to add a separate crafting recipe, so we don’t collect items bit by bit, but create as many as we need. And this is quite possible…

The Craftable Name Tag modification adds a separate crafting recipe for name tags in Minecraft, even though it is not officially provided by the developers. Now you will be able to create such items using a new recipe. We’ve included it in this overview and described all the advantages of the mod so you immediately understand how important it is in the gameplay. At the moment, this addon has more than 500 thousand downloads for all versions (the developer releases versions for both Forge and Fabric), and players actively download it for new versions of Minecraft to be able to quickly craft name tags. In the vanilla version of Minecraft, players had access to trading with villagers, where you could buy a huge number of name tags at a big discount (if you healed them several times). However, in the latest versions of the game, the interaction mechanics with villagers were changed: now you can heal a villager only once, meaning you will not receive the maximum discount. Purchasing items and blocks will become much more expensive. This is why mods like Craftable Name Tag will be in high demand among players, as they simplify obtaining certain items that can no longer be bought from NPCs at a reasonable price.

In the end, we can say that this addon is very useful and quite simple for the vanilla world.
