The Capybara mod adds a unique animal to the game, a mix between a pig and a beaver. This is the capybara, and there are several mods available for it, allowing each player to choose their preferred version. This mod is considered somewhat rare in Minecraft, so if you don’t want to search for the animal, you can simply use a spawn egg to summon it. To spawn baby capybaras, click the egg on an adult (this mechanic applies to all animals in Minecraft). As of now, the Capybara mod has over 600,000 downloads, but it is only available for Forge, meaning Fabric users won’t be able to add it to their collection.
