Lacking animated textures in the Minecraft game world and would like to see them at least a little more often? Indeed, there are practically no animated textures in the vanilla version, and only a few blocks can boast them. That's why we suggest you use a popular add-on called Reimagined, which will add more animations to Minecraft. In fact, this resource pack is far from being finished, and the designer continues to work on adding new animated textures for the game world. However, you can already take advantage of numerous improvements. So be sure to install this texture pack to at least slightly enliven the game world — especially given that it will have almost no impact on performance, as the textures were created in the standard resolution.

Changed Animal Textures

To begin with, let us look at the main changes, which are not related to animation but just ensure a more realistic look. It is such changes that friendly creatures, namely the cow, pig, sheep, and chicken, have undergone. The pig has acquired two additional elements — ears and a tail, which are now not just painted on the animal's body but are made as separate parts. They look very beautiful and realistic without spoiling the classic style in any way. The sheep has undergone similar changes and also acquired ears, but its tail remained the same, namely in the form of a texture on the body. But the sheep's fleece now looks much more natural than before. Besides, it has acquired a very large nose, which is clearly distinguishable on its face.

The cow now has a long tail, which is also a separate element. Besides, this creature has also acquired ears and a new shape of the face. And, of course, the chicken, which can be seen on the icon of this resource pack, has undergone very nice changes. The fact is that it will have a great variety of textures, and you will meet it in the game world in various colors. Besides, it goes without saying that it can now boast extra elements peculiar to this creature, which will be clearly visible on it.

Changed Textures of the Hostile Mobs

These creatures have also not remained untouched, so they now look amazing, thanks to the new textures and some additional elements. The creeper has become slightly darker, and there are now practically no square particles on it, which were clearly expressed in the vanilla Minecraft. It has become smoother and a little darker. Its facial features have also changed, making it more intimidating. The skeleton has also become slightly darker, and its bones are now more elaborate than before.

The spider has not undergone significant changes, but its eyes are now more pronounced and nicely glow in the dark. In contrast, the zombies have substantially transformed. The fact is that they will spawn in the Minecraft game world with various textures, which will diversify the gameplay. Not only the color of their clothes will change but also other elements, including the skin and other details.

Animated Textures

Let us now turn to the main reason why many users installed this add-on. In fact, there are only a few animated textures available for now, so you should wait for updates if you want to see more animations. One of the first blocks that acquired an animated texture is the crying obsidian. If you look closely, in the vanilla Minecraft, its particles do not move at all. But everything will change with this resource pack, and you will observe a smooth movement of the particles. The warped stem has also changed, and its particles have become brighter and capable of moving.

Buckets of Water and Lava

The lava bucket looks hotter with this resource pack, as it has acquired a more natural texture when full of lava. Besides, a small amount of lava will pour out of it and smoothly flow through it. In short, this is very interesting to watch, so do not forget about this feature. The droplets will also pour out of the water bucket. Besides, the water in it has acquired some animation and will now move smoothly.
