Indeed, the Round Trees mod is perfectly compatible with other texture packs. The main thing is to ensure its priority over them — otherwise, you will not see the change in the trees.

After activating the resource pack in the game settings, you will finally see the round trunks of the trees. This will be true not only of the Overworld but also of the Nether, namely of the crimson and warped stems. The wood looks very beautiful and realistic from the side, and you will be able to erect new types of structures thanks to the new shape of logs. The stripped logs have also acquired a round shape, so you will surely appreciate the add-on!
