Default-Style Christmas pack is a festive resource pack that will give the game world a Christmas atmosphere. The resource pack has the standard resolution and will thus appeal to fans of classics. The changes will mostly affect the blocks, while almost all the items will remain intact. The resource pack is compatible with several game versions, including both the most recent and older ones.

The first change to notice when you launch the game is related to the main menu. It has acquired a festive look. The background image has been replaced, and you can now see a winter forest with the snow-covered ground in it. The menu buttons have acquired a beautiful red texture and red-and-white frames on the edges.

After having spawned in the game world, you will be pleasantly surprised, as everything there has become winter and festive. The health bar has changed. It has retained the heart icons, but they are now colored completely differently, becoming 'icy' because of a light blue shade. As for the hotbar, it has now acquired Christmas attributes in the form of garlands.

Everything around you, or rather many blocks, will now be covered with snow. This applies to the grass block, which is now covered with a thin layer of snow while basically remaining the same. The tall grass has turned yellow, and its blades are now covered with snow on top. Besides, they have become very short and are now almost invisible. Similar changes have affected the double tall grass. That is, its blades have turned yellow and become partly covered with snow.

The trees have also acquired a winter look. The oak foliage is of a bright green shade as before but is now covered with a thin layer of snow on top. This is the only change related to the oak. The birch foliage is now colored orange, and snow has appeared on its upper part. The spruce tree has acquired a very beautiful look and is now covered with Christmas decorations. On the upper part of the spruce foliage blocks, you can now notice a snow layer, which is very thin, though.

Many paintings have changed, but their images have basically remained intact. In the one-block paintings, we can see the Christmas stockings. In the first painting, the stocking is red, and in the other green. The vertical two-block painting features the same man but with a holiday red hat on his head. One of the large paintings depicts the same skeleton wearing a similar red hat. The two men in another painting have also acquired such hats.

The furnace has retained its texture, but two red socks have appeared on its front side, which will create a festive atmosphere in your house. The chest has acquired a very beautiful texture and now resembles a red gift box. The elongated chest is now colored green.

When it comes to the flowers, only the poppy has changed. Its flower has become larger and more magnificent and voluminous. It now looks much nicer, and a small yellow particle has appeared in its middle.

The dyes now look like Christmas-tree decorations. When you take a look at them, you can see that the yellow dye has the shape of a star, and the purple one has acquired the shape of a complex decoration. The rest are not particularly remarkable.

The sugar cane as an item has the shape of a holiday red-and-white lollipop. As a plant, it has the same color but is straight.

Some mobs, such as the skeleton and zombie, have acquired holiday hats. The skeleton's hat is green, and the zombie's hat is red. The creeper has become snowy, and its lower part is now completely covered with ice.
