Wolfhound Asian is one of the resource packs of the Wolfhound series, which will make the game world a little bit more realistic and also give it an oriental flavor. It cannot be said that the resource pack can boast a high detail level, but the blocks and objects still look pretty nice and realistic, despite a rather low resolution. Many aspects of the game world will change, including blocks, objects, as well as other components. The first noticeable change is related to the main menu. Its background image has changed, along with the outlines of the menu buttons. In the background, one can see the familiar in-game landscape. However, its textures are updated and unusual, as they are taken from the new resource pack. So this image hints at what players will see in the game world. The menu buttons have also changed. They have acquired a light brown color, which will darken when hovering over them.

Once in the game world, you will see that its color scheme has become more diverse, and some textures have been affected by rather unusual color solutions. There are also changes in the sky that are related to the sun. It looks much more realistic, as it has acquired a round shape. This is perhaps the most significant change in it, without which it does not look particularly realistic and beautiful. It has also increased in size and become a bit brighter. There are also moon-related changes in the night sky. The mood has also become round. However, it is very small, and its detail level leaves much to be desired because square particles are visible on it, which spoils its appearance. Even so, there also are quite positive changes in it.

The top layer of the grass block has become a bit lighter, and in general, its texture looks different. You will not see the old square particles in it anymore. The very beautiful and well-distinguishable blades of grass can be seen on its upper layer. Having a look at the side of the grass block, you can notice some changes. The grass layer is now not as even as before. Besides, its color has changed; both light and dark green particles can be noticed in it. The dirt texture has also transformed; there are now no square particles in it either. The dirt has become smooth and consists of light and dark shades that constitute a beautiful pattern. The tall grass has acquired a new texture. It is colored dark green, which makes it more noticeable against the background of the block. Its blades are very thick and not as straight as before — this is especially noticeable at the ends. The double tall grass has undergone similar changes.

The color scheme of the oak leaves has changed and looks very uncommon. The oak is now similar in color to the well-known Japanese cherry tree, which is popular in the East. This is one of the signs that the resource pack has been created in the oriental style. The structure of the oak's foliage block has changed — it is now identical to the one of the birch. On it, you can notice beautifully-shaped leaves, which look quite unusual but still attractive. The color of the needles has also changed, and they now look a bit darker. Besides, they look highly attractive and realistic — you can distinguish elaborate twigs in such blocks. The tree wood has also changed for the better. The oak wood is now of a dark color. Besides, extra particles can be noticed on it, such as green elements resembling moss. The spruce wood has become light. The spruce seems to have acquired the old wood of the oak.

The stone has become smooth, but its detail level still leaves much to be desired, especially when it comes to the surface. It is now of a darker brown color. It has some variety but is basically dark. The cobblestone features a similar brown color and consists of pronounced bricks of various shapes. The ores have also been affected by the changes, acquiring a new basic stony texture. The textures of the precious particles have changed. They are slightly different from each other but basically very similar. They look like small lines of a certain color corresponding to the ore.

Precious blocks such as diamond, iron, and others have changed. All of them look very unusual and do not resemble each other in any way. The diamond block is of a dark gray color. A beautiful pot with flowers wriggling from it is depicted on its surface. Both are of the diamond color. The golden block has a rather strange color. It is dark red but a little lighter in the middle. You can see a beautiful symbolic golden dragon on its sides. The iron block has a similar dark red color and patterned rods of a beautiful shape. The redstone block is of a bright red color, and a blossoming cherry is depicted on all its surfaces. Lapis lazuli and emerald blocks feature various elaborate patterns.

The painting images have changed, and almost all of them are now devoted to oriental themes. Unlike old paintings, these are quite elaborate, and the images on them are better seen. Having looked at some of them, you can see that in the one-block paintings, a blossoming cherry, a beautiful cat, or a teapot are depicted. The sand has become a rather dark block, not consisting of only one color. This block has become elaborate and smooth. You will not see the familiar square particles in it anymore, which makes the block quite beautiful. The sand looks consisting of wavy lines colored in dark and light tones. The cactus has become a bit lighter, and its light green lines are now better expressed. Its spines do not have a square shape anymore. They look quite realistic and are of a lighter shade. Having looked at the upper part of a cactus, you can notice a beautiful light yellow flower there, occupying almost the entire surface. The water has become very light and transparent, and additional particles have appeared on its surface, which form waves.
