Review of the Mushroom Golems texture pack

This pack doesn’t delete or change standard golems in Minecraft, and you shouldn’t worry that these creatures will disappear from your world, although there are plenty of different texture packs that will just change their appearance. As for Mushroom Golems, it will add new golem models, but they won’t look common. These are completely different types of creatures, resembling mushrooms or dwarfs that actually can’t walk. These figures can be used as decoration only, since they don’t perform any functions, can’t spawn automatically, and don’t protect your base.

Generally, the Mushroom Golems texture pack adds one of the interior options to the game, which will be those very mushroom golems, which look completely different from each other. In total, the game will get 12 different types divided into 3 categories. That is, there will be 3 types and 4 versions of each golem. The options differ in insignificant details, some garments and colors, so there will be many similarities. If we review them by the types, there are only 3 different golems added, which are completely different from each other.

The main advantage of this pack is that all you need to perform the process is the anvil, and here’s what you need to do:

· Put the anvil anywhere;

· Write a unique identifier (the golem’s name). It’s important to know that it’ll be written for «Jack’s Lantern», and you’ll need to get this block to use it;

· Get the item (it’ll be immediately changed in the preview and slot cells);

· Put the frame, for example, on the floor or on the wall;

· Put the golem in the frame so that it stands straight.

This is the only possible sequence of actions; so, to get any mushroom golem from the Mushroom Golems texture pack, you’ll have to perform these operations and change the names, since there’re no other ways that you can get these models. To work correctly, you must have OptiFine installed, since you can’t see all the models and textures from this pack without it. You can complement it with shaders, which will transform the picture and show more effects and improve the graphics in Minecraft. For example, the author made most of the screenshots in the official description using shaders, where shadows and lighting play a significant role.

All the golems from this pack look nice and beautiful and they are small, so they perfectly fit into many areas of the cubic world, such as the lower world in a biome with warped or crimson mushrooms or in a biome with mycelium. The author made 2 versions for the ordinary world and 2 for the hell, but it’s up to you to choose where to spawn them, because you can make them in unlimited numbers. Their appearance is crafted by hand, since you prescribe all the identifiers on the anvil. By the way, they will have different names, and we’ve divided them into a few categories.
