Last Days of Humanity: Survive in True Hell for 100 days

What do you think is the most difficult task in Minecraft? Overcome the dragon? Find a blaze spawner? Fight bosses in different mods? Compele a parkour challenge? All these tasks indeed pose certain difficulties, but none of them can compare with Last Days of Humanity, where the player will have to literally survive for 100 days. Not just to live and explore mines extracting resources but to survive in the full sense of the word, as it is a real hardcore mode in the form of a separate modpack.

Its name, Last Days of Humanity, portends precisely that. However, it is solely up to you whether they will indeed be the last or you will still be able to survive this cataclysm and defeat all enemies. The build includes a large number of different mods, each of which affects the gameplay, adds new content to the game, and simply diversifies the standard atmosphere of the vanilla Minecraft.

Overview of the Last Days of Humanity Modpack

However, all the difficulties are still ahead because the Last Days of Humanity build promises something unexpected and the most hardcore. If you have previously completed some quests, solved tasks, and explored different types of maps, that experience will surely help you in this location but will not reduce your difficulties.

Background and Tasks

A disastrous cataclysm happened in the game world, and you find yourself surrounded by numerous zombies, ready to reap and tear everything in their path. Moreover, while they are quite weak enemies in the vanilla Minecraft, that is not true of Last Days of Humanity. They can now boast a whole different level of combat characteristics, an elaborate AI, the ability of mutation, a wide variety, and a bunch of additional features you have to face.

You have 100 days to complete the first stage of this difficult path. During this time, you can wander and explore locations, defeat mobs, and participate in various boss fights, as well as accumulate resources, armor, and equipment. You will have to survive in a completely destroyed city, in which only some buildings have remained untouched. If you look at our screenshots, you will see that most of its high-rise buildings are half or fully destroyed, and this is true of the entire map.

So you will have to show all your skills, strength, and ingenuity so that the name of the modpack does not come true. This build implements a lot of terrible features that make all the mobs stronger and more dangerous. Thus, they can bring down buildings and inflict enormous damage on players, other mobs, and NPCs. Even so, you are not defenseless either.

The player may well create different types of combat vehicles, use modern weapons, and craft different types of ammunition and protection. Thus, a mod called MrCrayfish's Gun alone adds a large set of different types of guns to the game, each of which has specific characteristics, range, and damage.

The main goal of the player is to accumulate as many resources, protective means, and armor as possible, as well as build a large and reliable base for themselves and gather allies within 100 days to fight a large number of mobs on the 100th day, which, by the way, will be many times stronger. You will literally be bombarded with different types of ammunition and attacked by hundreds of much more deadly mobs at once. Even so, you will still have a chance of survival.

Mods Included in Last Days of Humanity

· BiblioCraft adds a large set of different types of furniture with which you can decorate your house inside as you see fit. In some cases, it can even help to delay mobs if they break in.

· MrCrayfish's Gun adds new weapon types to Minecraft that allow you to shoot different types of bullets. Machine guns, pistols, guns, various kinds of technological gadgets, and much more will be available to you.

· Biomes O' Plenty brings additional types of biomes, different ores, locations, dungeons, and much more. It is one of the most popular mods for Minecraft, allowing you to diversify the standard game world.

· BiblioCraft Lighting adds a wide range of lighting devices that allow you to decorate your territory and add light to any structure, area, or biome.

· Buildcraft is a unique mod that adds many different devices for transportation, various types of mechanisms, tools, auto-crafting, electronic devices, and automated systems;

· Spartan Weaponry adds wholly new types of melee weapons to Minecraft with impressive characteristics, remarkable appearance, and various features.

· Energy Converters brings devices with which you can convert one type of energy to another to use across various mods.

· TF2 Stuff brings content and different types of weapons from Team Fortress to Minecraft. In fact, most of the items from this multiplayer shooter have been transferred to the cubic sandbox.

· LDoH Tweaks is a user mod from the Last Days of Humanity build that adds new behavior mechanics for mobs, different types of barbed wire, adjustable spawn structures, zombie hordes, and much more to the game.

· XL Food mod adds different types of food to Minecraft that have unique characteristics and are perfectly suitable for such a build.

The Last Days of Humanity modpack includes several dozen mods, being a well-balanced build that will give vivid emotions and a lot of pleasure to any player who prefers such a survival style. There are no standard vanilla mechanics here at all, so you will have to immediately get used to the fact that almost the entire environment will be against you, and any mob you encounter on your way will be more dangerous than most bosses from the standard Minecraft.

Situation in the City

Your survival begins in a small location. You will have a gun in your hands with 30 ammo. Next, you will need to explore different dungeons, inspect houses, and visit the remains of the city, where you can find numerous loot chests. However, there are a lot of zombies on the approach to the city and in its vicinity, and they will spawn not one by one but several at once. One such herd may consist of up to several dozen mobs with an increased damage level.

In the city, you can find useful resources, armor, and ingredients for crafting many items. If you have any difficulties, you can always refer to the in-built manuals of the Last Days of Humanity modpack. Small houses and destroyed buildings will be scattered around the map. Moreover, besides you, different types of NPCs live there, also fighting zombies and other mobs. It will be possible to interact with them to resist this horde.

It makes no sense to describe the possibilities and features of the modpack in detail since it is better to check and feel the doomsday atmosphere on your own skin. But keep in mind that you will have to develop and survive for 100 days, and on the 100th day, a total apocalypse will come. So you need to be ready for this event, as the pack will give you a headache. Generally speaking, it is one of the best add-ons for the game in the survival category, and if you haven't had time to try it out yet, be sure to download it and leave your comments below.
