It will now feature a huge number of new biomes to explore — all thanks to a mod called Biomes O’ Plenty. So you will be able to travel across more than 80 biomes in search of resources. In general, the world will become bright and contentful, and the grass block will look more natural.

Other Features of the Game World

Besides, the trees have become more realistic because their trunks are now round as in reality. Moreover, the leaves fall off with it, and you can watch that for a very long time. Besides, you will now hear the characteristic sounds and the stomping of your character when it runs, jumps, or performs any other actions. Not only that, you will hear other sounds, such as birds singing and wolves howling. At dawn, you will be embraced by a very thick fog, which makes the game world even more mysterious. However, to meet the dawn, you will need to survive the night — and it is not that easy to do this if you still don't have a shelter.

First Night of Survival

The first night in the game world will not be that scary, and you will surely be able to survive. There are no particular changes in the environment itself, as they have affected only hostile mobs. The fact is that only zombies will now spawn at night. So you will only need to defend yourself from the zombies. But do not think that everything will be that simple. On the contrary — at night, there will be a true apocalypse, as the zombies will spawn in great numbers.

Subsequent Nights in the Game World

If you managed to survive the first night, consider you passed the first challenge, but your further survival will only become more difficult. Thus, on the second night, the moon will turn bloody and the entire environment red. It will become even scarier and more dangerous, and the spawn of zombies will intensify. So the entire world will be filled with the zombies, and if you don't have a shelter, you will hardly survive.

Accordingly, your main task is simply to survive the zombie apocalypse. Every night, it will become more difficult to do that, there will be much more zombies, and the moon phase will change as well.
