Review Little Planet Project

Map created in Minecraft Java, Forge v. 1-20.1 (47.2.21).

To view it, it is recommended to use Optifine (installed in version 1.20.1) and BSL Shaders for the same version (BSL_v8.2.08), both available on CurseForge.

The map starts from an empty world, from which a small planet-satellite system is generated. It is based on the trope of small, hollow planets that we can find in different works, such as the anime Kaiba and games like Outer Wilds or Mario Galaxy. In them, we can find reduced versions of different biomes and structures.

For its creation, extensive use of WorldEdit was made, supported by basic commands such as /fill with the replace argument, and /particle. To a lesser extent, we used /summon to summon lightning. Amulet was used to center and tilt the asteroid belt. We created two simple redstone mechanisms for the spaceport light patterns, and the planet and satellite are connected by a rail circuit that keeps several minecarts in constant motion.

El mapa parte de un mundo vacío, a partir del cual se genera un pequeño sistema planeta-satélite. Se basa en el tropo de los planetas pequeños y huecos que podemos encontrar en diferentes obras, como el anime Kaiba y juegos como Outer Wilds o Mario Galaxy. En ellos podemos encontrar versiones reducidas de distintos biomas y estructuras.

Para su creación se hizo uso extensivo de WorldEdit, apoyado con comandos básicos como /fill con el argumento replace, y /particle. A menor intensidad, usamos un /summon en la invocación de rayos. Se usó Amulet para centrar e inclinar el cinturón de asteroides. Creamos dos sencillos mecanismos de redstone para los patrones de luces del espaciopùerto, y el planeta y el satélite se unen por un circuito de raíles que mantienen varias vagonetas en movimiento permanente.
