This amazingly designed map is perfect for any Minecrafter who wants to skip the hassle of building their first house. It also works (if converted) as a simple spawn for a server with your friends. 

If you are using mods and don't want to have to worry about as many vanilla Minecraft things than this is great as well. The house has storage, two beds a safe and quick way up and down from the floating island.
