There is a lot of different content for Minecraft associated with villagers. All because they allow players to trade and populate in a big city or settlement to create an urban planning simulator or just enliven some village. You can trade with them and give them various types of jobs to get more different types of blocks, including rare ones. There remains one significant visual problem, though: despite a large number of professions and different textures of the villagers, they have no gender separation, and we cannot find women among them.

It would be much more interesting if both men and women inhabited a city, wouldn't it? All users of different ages would answer positively. And this task can be solved by the Female Villagers mod, which adds female models for the villagers to the game. Review of the Female Villagers Mod

The developer of the Female Villagers mod has tried to add more female models to diversify the game world. Roughly 50 percent of all NPCs in villages will now be women, and this rate will be set during the initial generation of a map. So if you installed this mod after generating or saving a map, perhaps you will have to generate it again. However, the innovations of the mod do not end here. For the villagers to reproduce, you will now need to feed NPCs of different genders. So if you pay attention only to men or only to women, giving them, say, bread, they will not have children.

Another unique feature of the Female Villagers mod is the different models for women. They differ, at least, in different biomes, if we compare, say, the savanna and ordinary fields. But that's not all. Many women may have different appearances even within a single village. Some of them wear a hat. They also may be dressed in different types of clothing and have various colors, nose shapes, or facial appearances. That will diversify the gameplay and allow you to create full-fledged cities inhabited by different types of residents.

Even if a female villager does not have any assigned job, she will still feature a unique appearance, so it is now easier to understand what type of NPC you are facing. The length and shade of hair, facial features, and various minor details may differ, and all this basically looks attractive and unusual. So after you install the Female Villagers mod for the first time, you will be pleasantly surprised by such diverse and elaborate appearances. Along with this add-on, we recommend that you install Better Villages, which changes the architecture of all villages in Minecraft. They will significantly transform and become not as crudely designed as in the vanilla game version.

For more advanced users, the developer of the Female Villagers mod has added a config file where they can choose how the characters' arms will be crossed or set their noses hidden or visible. That is, you will be able to also customize the appearance of some villagers, even though this functionality is basically quite scarce compared to global mods. This add-on is highly recommended for any build that has to do with urban planning. So if you are building your city or settlement and would like to populate it, be sure to install the Female Villagers add-on to introduce gender equality and slightly change the ways of reproduction for your residents.

The mod has proved to be very high-quality and elaborate, despite its modest content. The developer has added many types of textures for the female characters, deliberately worked on their appearance in all the biomes where various villages are generated, and so created a good mod that is periodically updated and adapted to new versions of Minecraft.
